Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

In-stock orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. Pre-orders will ship within 1-2 business days of arrival. Special-orders will ship within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are based on service selected, weight and shipping destination. NorthSide Collectibles reserves the right to increase shipping costs for over-sized items, excessive weight items.

Domestic orders ship fully insured via UPS.

International orders will ship via USPS Global Express or Airmail Parcel both will include insurance. Customs declarations will be declared as 'Merchandise' and the full product purchase price declared.

International Taxes, Duties, Regulations, Brokerage Fees:

Customer is responsible for any fees assessed by the local shipping carrier. NorthSide Collectibles is not responsible for any fees incurred due to customs, brokerage fees, etc. Some items may be restricted or prohibited from entering your country. Please contact your local customs department to receive more information.

Return Policy:

If you are un-satisfied with your order you may return it within 7 days of arrival at the shipping destination. The merchandise must be in the same condition as originally received, including all packaging, inserts, etc. It should be un-opened if originally sent that way. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless NorthSide Collectibles was in error although we may decide to pay for return shipping at our discretion.

NorthSide Collectibles is not responsible for any damage while in transit to or from your destination. All items are fully insured and claims must be processed through the appropriate shipping carrier. Items being returned at the customer's expense should be insured by the customer as NorthSide Collectibles is not responsible for shipment damages.
